For today’s OOTD I throw it back to the end of the summer in London. With the beautiful Wembley Stadium as a backdrop, I decided to spice a leopard print with a pop of color. The mint color of the blouse and the leopard print, together looked perfect. It gives the right contrasts between prints without looking too overwhelming. The accessories and bag were kept neutral to keep the focus on the clothing. I am definitely looking forward to styling these high waisted trousers more! Happy Weekend!

Leopard prints used to remind me of the Jersey Shore and sassy 5 year olds. I would stay as far away as possible from anything leopard. I remember when it was the it thing back in school, to have EVERYTHING in your room decorated with an animal print and the louder, the better (The horror!). Recently, I have found myself wanting to purchase key pieces in leopard print. I just can’t get enough of it and throughout the seasons, I have learned just how to incorporate it in my wardrobe without it looking tacky or over the top. Fall is quickly approaching (after what it seems like the shortest summer ever! Thanks England!) and I am, once again, craving for some feline spots on my outfits. This trend was very much present in the catwalks last year, and this year, during PFW, the trend was seen walking down the Céline, Saint Laurent and Givenchy runways, among others. This is one of my favorite patterns and as I am learning to mix prints , I will definitely be on the lookout for new ways to style it! Tip: When mixing prints, think of the leopard print as a neutral! Here are some of my favorite ways to style the Leopard Prints in the closet! Enjoy!
